Slumdog: Awesome film! A movie any American can relate to, highlights values we stand for(or used to stand for) and the belief that the Underdog can win. Hopefully, America can still be about winning. A film about children in India, that teaches us Americans to begin to look at ourselves again.

Michael Sragow's critique of Twilight's action has me in stitches. It is so obvious that this obtuse man has not even read the book. The book has no fight scene. So the movie is all about Edward and Bella's journey through romance, um hello that is what the book is all about.

Happy go Lucky: ridiculous, "relentlessly optimistic" automatically damns anything. A tedious, plotless film.
