Share your real estate resolutions

The year is quickly fading, along with expectations for a rebound of the real estate market. That's OK, because there's always next year. We're looking for New Year's resolutions from buyers, sellers, homeowners, Realtors, contractors and anyone else who has a piece of the real estate pie. Tell us what you promise to do in 2009 to sell or buy a home, renovate, upgrade or improve your living space or help a client get there.
